Burn Hydrogel Sachet 3.5g relieves pain and cools small spot and fingertip burns and scalds.
Water soluble hydrogel rapidly cools and soothes a student’s burn, providing immediate and ongoing pain relief. The cooling property also helps halt the burn’s progression and minimises further tissue damage, prevents secondary infection and aids healing.
Burn Hydrogel Sachet Directions
- Place burn immediately under cool running water for at least 20 minutes prior to applying gel.
- If there is no water, apply hydrogel liberally to burn area, including blisters if present. Do not rub. Repeat application after half an hour or as required. Cover with a non-adherent dressing and loosely bandage.
- Call Triple Zero (000) if the burn blisters or affects more than one area of the student’s body.
