Hot Cold Pack Reusable with Soft Cover is a reusable, comfortable and convenient solution to playground and sports injuries, and an essential component of any school First Aid facility. Always keep one in the freezer and one ready to heat.
Microwave or immerse in boiling water to heat and treat aching muscles and joints, or keep in the freezer to reduce swelling or reduce body temperature. The soft towelling cover protects student’s skin, keeps it dry and insulates the pack temperature.
Hot Cold Pack Reusable with Soft Cover Directions
- Remove pack from soft cover.
- For muscular aches and pains, heat in microwave or boiling water as per instructions. Test pack temperature prior to use. Place pack in soft cover before applying directly to skin.
- To reduce swelling or lower a temperature, pack should be in freezer for at least 2 hours. Place in soft cover before applying to the injured area, leaving on for 15-20 minutes and repeating every 1-1.5 hours.
