Our extra long premium pressure reducing mattresses measures 84" long x 34" wide.   It is also available in a standard 80" length as well as a wide model which measures 80" long x 42" wide.  They do not fit a traditional home bed of any size and it is unsafe to place a smaller mattress on a larger bed frame as it could potentially cause a patient fall.
